Synopsis
This morning, as Mr. Hulot shares his toast with a couple of pigeons, a Christmas bauble falls to the ground. Then another. His tree slouches, like an
ailing old man. Always kind-hearted, Mr. Hulot decides to save the tree.
With the help of his dachshund Dacky and his young neighbor Louis, he plants the tree right in the middle of the roundabout, the only patch of soil
in this urban environment. At first, the residents view this “new neighbor” with a rather amused eye, except for the mayor…
